Hi folks, long time no blog. We wanted to send the message of Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, etc, but business matters too. The post office seemed to blunder worse than ever this year. He's the lowdown after we've called and complained a few times. Have you seen those Blue and white priority mail boxes? Those are supposed to get to their destinations in two to three working days. It's advertised everywhere. This year, especially around early to mid December, anything shipped seems to be taking up to 8 working days to get to their destination, which leaves us to think that they failed this Winter. We worked around the clock almost literally every day to get your packages out with time to spare and we made our own deadline! This was our best effort that anyone could give. Hello UPS? If you read this, we'd like to hear from you. Is it better to go with a private company like UPS for most everything? It costs more, but in the end, it's more reliable.
