That's Myleen surrounded by boxes. We're deep in holiday orders! It's written that the deadline is on the 15th elsewhere, so we thought we'd do it here too. We're making every effort to ship orders asap. We're going to begin to ship incomplete orders and we'll make refunds a bit later if we can't get a hold of you. Some of your orders will be shipped from two different locations. Only rarely will we make a substitution on our discretion. Hope all this works out. We're doing our best!
