CONTACT INFORMATION. Yes, we *really* do need it when you place an order. It says in our FAQ that we don't give out any private info, don't sell any email addresses to lists, don't share ANYTHING WITH ANYBODY. For real. We don't. We never have. So why are so many people giving us bad contact info... or no info at all?!?
While I appreciate and admire the level of paranoia... I mean concern... that some of you have, please understand that it makes the whole shipping process much harder. In fact, it causes REVERSE PARANOIA because we start to doubt the validity of your order -- why would a someone with a legit credit card try to hide their info? That's something criminals do in order to make it hard for police to track them down. It's not cool.
You have our word that GR is not here to spam you and make your life difficult. Please be kind and give us your proper contact info in return!
