I wasn't sure when the holiday season would really kick in... but it definitely has by now. It's great to see the orders that people come up with... I can just picture what stuff they're buying for friends and what stuff they plan to keep for themselves! But the calls and emails we get... wow. Lots of questions and special requests. The only thing that drives me a little crazy is when people ask us to open sealed boxes for them where the toy inside is random assortment because they want a specific figure. Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of the blind chase either, but there's no way we can keep opening boxes until we find the one you want... what do we do with all the opened ones?
OK, and if I'm going to talk about pet peeves, just one more thing - everyday AT LEAST 1 person comes in asking if we sell Giant Robots. That's taking things a bit literally, isn't it? Sorry to quote Paris Hilton but she did ask if Walmart sold walls. Although it would be pretty cool if Target really DID sell targets!
ANYWAY, I hope everyone's finding the new site design much easier to navigate. We got a TON of new Gama-Go and Murakami stuff in. Also, the talking watches are back! And I have some more good site news- Coupons and Gift Certificates! Yep, they're here online, I just need to put them up so we can all start using them.
